Julien N. Devisse, P.E.
Principal & Estimator
Julien Devisse, a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, brings over 17 years of expertise in coastal and Marine Construction. A Collier County native, he has led commercial, municipal, and residential projects from $3M to $76M+, specializing in seawalls, docks, drainage, and beach renourishment. As former President of Coastal Planning & Engineering of North Carolina, Julien oversaw a $40M beach project and has served as Engineer of Record on 75+ seawalls across Collier and Lee Counties. Julien is recognized for his leadership, technical expertise, and dedication to environmentally responsible engineering.
Eric Hochan
Principal & Estimator
As a Principal of Gulfshore Marine Construction, Eric brings over 15 years of expertise in marine engineering, construction management, and coastal infrastructure development. His command of both technical design and field operations has been highlighted throughout his career. With a portfolio that includes engineering over 100 docks and seawalls and designing more than 500 waterfront structures, including docks, boat lifts, seawalls, and boathouses, Eric is a go-to specialist in Florida’s coastal construction industry. He has successfully managed construction projects for over 300 similar structures, demonstrating his precision in execution and leadership on site.

Project Coordinator
Cheryl Kook is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in administrative management, human resources, and financial operations. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Gulfshore Marine Construction, she applies a wide-ranging skill set honed over years in various demanding roles. Cheryl’s background in managing complex logistical processes, coordinating new hires, and overseeing financial functions directly translates to the dynamic environment of Marine Construction and land development projects.
